Job summary

Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group is seeking a diligent Houseperson to support the Buena Park Grand Hotel & Suites. You will maintain public areas, assist with guest requests, and support housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and ensures GM is aware of inventory needs.
• Maintains laundry equipment and informs maintenance of needs.
• Knowledgeable about hotel facilities and areas to be cleaned on schedule or as needed.
• Knows proper cleaning methods for each area and cleaning times.
• Inspects public areas for cleanliness and reports issues.
• Delivers guest requests (cot, towels, pillows, irons, etc.).
• Drives hotel shuttle when asked and can transport guest luggage (valid license).
• Cleans and services assigned areas in response to special requests or problems.
• Picks up trash/debris and sweeps/vacuums front desk area on arrival.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
