ZMC Hotels in Buena Park, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to maintain clean and comfortable guest rooms and public areas. You will restock supplies, handle guest requests, and work as part of a friendly team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning bathrooms, replenishing amenities, and delivering items to rooms while ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction. Both solo and team work styles respected, with potential for advancement.

Formación

• Highly organized and customer-focused.
• Must be able to stand for most of the shift, move continually, and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Strong guest service skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail and service orientation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and co-workers.

Responsabilidades

• Cleans showers, toilets, and sinks.
• Replenishes toiletries, soap, lotion, and paper products.
• Cleans guest laundry washer/dryer, tables, and mops floors as needed.
• Deliver items to guest rooms such as towels, extra pillows, supplies, and respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Report and deliver lost & found items to the appropriate office/department.
• Work in a team environment to support all members and ensure a great hotel stay experience for guests.
