Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking a diligent housekeeping attendant to maintain cleanliness across guest rooms and public spaces in our Twentynine Palms property. The role emphasizes timely guest service, proper linen handling, and collaboration with team members to uphold hotel standards.

You will be responsible for stocking supplies, moving furniture when needed, and ensuring safe, wrinkle-free linens while complying with attendance and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Able to communicate well with guests.
• Willing to pitch in and help co-workers as a team player.
• Knowledge of laundry chemicals and linen care.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, push or pull heavy loads.
• Lifts of up to 75 lbs and carts up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Stock linen closets with amenities for room attendants.
• Empty room attendant carts of soiled linen and trash.
• Clean and polish corridors, doors, mirrors and elevator doors.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop hallways, stairwells, and foyers.
• Maintain cleanliness in all hotel public spaces and restrooms.
• Clean ashtrays and empty trash.
• Flip mattresses and move furniture as directed.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Coordinate with supervisor to ensure closets and linen chutes are secure.
