Job summary

PM Hotel Group seeks a Housekeeping Attendant to maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas. You will stock linen supplies, assist room attendants, and ensure linen handling is efficient and wrinkle-free.

You must be able to lift heavy loads, work as part of a team, and communicate effectively with guests and staff. This role requires reliability and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Stock linen closets with amenities and supplies for room attendants.
• Empty room attendant carts of soiled linen and trash.
• Clean and remove spots from corridor walls and doors; polish mirrors and elevator doors.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop hallways, stairwells, vending areas, and foyers.
• Maintain cleanliness in all hotel public spaces including restrooms and common areas.
• Clean ashtrays and empty trash.
• Flip mattresses and move furniture as directed by supervisor.
• Ensure closets and linen chutes are locked when not in use.
• Process linen and other materials in laundry; keep linens wrinkle-free.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
