Job summary

The AC Hotel McKinney, operated by Peachtree Group Hospitality Management, is seeking a Public Area Attendant/Cleaner to maintain clean public spaces and assist with guest room needs. You will deliver friendly guest service, keep lobby areas and restrooms tidy, handle waste and replenishments, and support daily cleaning duties to ensure a welcoming stay for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality cleaning preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service to our guests by giving directions, making recommendations, or answering other questions they may have
• Ensuring cleanliness of lobby restrooms by mopping, dusting, refilling paper needs, and replenishing soaps
• Collecting and properly disposing of hotel garbage and recycling, delivering towels, toiletries, or other items to guest rooms as needed
• Vacuuming and maintaining public areas and oother duties as assigned

Job description

The Public Area Attendant/Cleaner at the AC Hotel McKinney is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of public spaces and guest rooms as needed. Public Area Cleaners play an important role in our home-away-from-home experience for each of our guests every day.
