Job summary

Peachtree Group in Orlando, FL is seeking a Public Area Attendant/Cleaner to maintain spotless public spaces and assist with guest rooms as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest services preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to assist guests with directions and local information.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests by answering questions.
• Ensure cleanliness of lobby restrooms, including mopping, dusting, and stocking supplies.
• Collect and properly dispose of hotel garbage and recycling.
• Deliver towels, toiletries, or other items to guest rooms as needed.
• Vacuum and maintain public areas; perform other duties as assigned.

The Public Area Attendant/Cleaner is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of public spaces and guest rooms as needed. Public Area Cleaners play an important role in our home-away-from-home experience for each of our guests every day.

• Provide great customer service to our guests by giving directions, making recommendations, or answering other questions they may have
• Ensuring cleanliness of lobby restrooms by mopping, dusting, refilling paper needs, and replenishing soaps
• Collecting and properly disposing of hotel garbage and recycling
• Delivering towels, toiletries, or other items to guest rooms as needed
• Vacuuming and maintaining public areas Other duties as assigned
