Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking a Room Attendant/Housekeeper for AC Hotel McKinney to own daily housekeeping operations and guest-room service. You will communicate with guests and staff to ensure timely, high-quality cleaning and service, while supporting the department’s standards and teamwork.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, maintaining common areas, handling laundry duties, stocking supplies, and reporting damages. A flexible schedule including weekends is required.

• Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrival
• Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel
• Perform laundry duties as necessary
• Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms
• Ensure a high level of customer service is performed at all times
• Assist guests with requests and questions as necessary
• Report any damages or repairs needed to management
• Report all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager
• Must be willing to work a flexible work schedule including weekends

Job description

The Room Attendant / Housekeeper for the AC Hotel McKinney will be responsible for the daily ownership and operational execution of the housekeeping Department. Room attendants must be comfortable communicating with guests they encounter, as well as the housekeeping staff to efficiently service guest rooms. Teamwork among all housekeeping staff, as well as the ability to perform the daily tasks required for the position, form the foundation on which each individual is able to develop and succeed within the department.
