Responsibilities

• Lead facilities operations: ensure safety, compliance, and performance of buildings, MEP systems, HVAC, life safety, and grounds.
• Oversee facility maintenance: conduct inspections, maintain energy-management docs, and supervise preventive maintenance.
• Direct property improvements: lead capital projects and rehabilitation—scheduling, budgeting, bidding, licensing/permitting—while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Drive operational excellence: direct daily department operations, guest service initiatives, product quality, inventory, budgeting, forecasting.
• Cultivate a high-performing team: manage performance, development, and recognition.
