Responsibilities

• Lead projects from start to finish: plan, schedule, and oversee capital projects, maintenance initiatives, and property renovations
• Manage budgets and resources: define project scopes, monitor capital expenditures, and keep projects within budget
• Coordinate teams and vendors: solicit bids, review construction plans, and supervise contractors and hotel staff to ensure quality execution
• Ensure regulatory compliance: liaise with city, county, and state officials to obtain permits and schedule inspections, upholding codes and safety standards
