You’ll tackle repairs ranging from carpentry to plumbing while ensuring guest safety and satisfaction. You will be the go-to for equipment maintenance, ensuring everything is in top shape.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensed in a trade preferred (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
• Must have a valid driver’s license for the applicable state.
• Must have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record.

Responsibilities

• Master the art of preventative maintenance—swapping bulbs, patching vinyl, and repairing furniture.
• Take charge of repairs for ice machines, refrigerators, and HVAC systems.
• Respond quickly to alarms and report findings to the Front Desk.
• Interact with guests and colleagues, representing the company professionally.
• Drive safely when needed for business.
