The role requires excellent communication, strong customer service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, including weekends and holidays. Training will cover PBX operations and standard office software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous experience operating a PBX or multi-line phone system preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and email.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for guests via calls and messages.
• Handle all internal and incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Assist guests and team members with information, directions, and basic inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
