Parking Management Company is hiring a Lot Auditor for the North Hunt Valley area. The role requires friendly, detail-oriented individuals who can work outdoors in all weather conditions and provide excellent customer service while directing traffic and enforcing parking policies.

The candidate must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record. Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays with a base hourly wage and overtime possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Background check required and must be maintained.
• Clean motor vehicle record with up to three moving violations in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Issue tickets and process payments accurately.
• Complete shift logs and document parking activity.
• Label keys and maintain organized records of parked cars.
• Monitor lot and report unsafe or suspicious activity.
• Keep the lot, booth, and surroundings clean and presentable.
