Qualifications
- Advanced vocational training in painting and decorating.
- 2+ years professional painting/finishing experience.
- Ability to read color charts and SDS; perform color matching.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Sonesta Service standards in all guest interactions.
- Complete interior/exterior painting, wallcovering repairs, and prep work.
- Perform preventative maintenance on rooms and public spaces.
- Refurbish furniture and fixtures; sand, stain, paint, seal.
- Maintain exterior visuals; paint curbs, signage, trim.
- Follow safety procedures for paint, solvents, and materials.
- Maintain logs of paint codes, color formulas, and schedules.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping/Engineering for touch-ups.
- Prepare and clean all equipment; store properly for next day.
