Sonesta Hotels International Corporation is seeking a skilled Painter to maintain guest rooms, public spaces, exterior areas, and back-of-house facilities with high-quality painting, finishing, and surface repairs. Qualifications

• Previous commercial, residential, hotel, or facilities painting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of surface prep, drywall repair, color matching, and paint techniques.
• Experience using brushes, rollers, spray equipment, ladders, and painting tools.
• Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and complete projects efficiently.
• Comfortable indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for quality workmanship and safe guest environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and paint walls, ceilings, doors, trim, furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Patch holes, repair drywall, sand surfaces, and prep areas for painting.
• Mix and match paints, stains, and finishes for consistent color.
• Apply finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Protect guest areas, furniture, flooring, and fixtures during work.
• Complete touch-ups with minimal disruption to hotel operations.
• Inspect work and maintain high quality and presentation.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and paint inventory.
• Follow safety procedures and use ladders and protective gear correctly.
• Partner with Engineering, Housekeeping, and Operations to prioritize projects.
• Assist with general maintenance projects as needed.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
