Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, sand, patch and tape surfaces as necessary.
• Fill, primer and prepare surfaces for painting.
• Maintain the building exterior as needed.
• Communicate with hotel departments to address maintenance needs promptly.
• Perform other duties as requested by ownership and management.
• Provide attentive, friendly, service-oriented interactions with guests.
• Be proactive in identifying and solving issues.
