Sonesta International Hotels seeks a skilled Painter to perform interior and exterior painting, wallcovering repairs, and preventative maintenance across hotel spaces. You will prepare surfaces, patch drywall, caulk, and refurbish furniture to maintain brand aesthetics.

Qualifications

• Advanced vocational training in painting and decorating is required.
• Two years of professional painting or finishing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret color charts and SDS documentation.
• English reading/writing fluency is required; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior painting and wallcovering repairs to hotel surfaces.
• Prepare surfaces, patch drywall, caulk, and apply finishes as directed.
• Maintain logs of paint codes, color formulas, and schedules for consistency.
• Refurbish furniture and fixtures to keep hotel assets in like-new condition.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to minimize guest disruption.
