Job summary

My Place Hotels of America is seeking an Assistant General Manager for the Tucson South property. The role partners with the General Manager to oversee hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to brand standards.

The position requires leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree. Travel is occasional and opportunities for growth are available within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in hotel operations or management is beneficial.
• Ability to supervise and develop staff across departments.

Responsibilities

• Drive exceptional guest service and resolve issues to ensure memorable stays.
• Enforce safety and security protocols and conduct regular inspections.
• Assist in day-to-day hotel operations of the property.
• Support sales and marketing efforts to improve occupancy and visibility.
• Handle administrative tasks including payroll, budgeting, and reporting.
• Oversee recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management of staff.
• Be ready to perform any hotel role as needed, from front desk to maintenance.
