Holiday Inn Express San Diego State is seeking a Hotel Operations Associate Intern to rotate through Front Desk, Breakfast Host, and Housekeeping, gaining hands-on experience in daily hotel operations and guest service while upholding brand standards.

You will support guests, maintain clean spaces, coordinate with departments, and participate in training with reliability, teamwork, and a positive guest-focused attitude in a busy hotel environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred; experience across hotel departments is an asset.
• Strong communication, listening, and guest-service skills, with professionalism and discretion when addressing concerns.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests, assist with check-in and check-out, and protect guest privacy.
• Use hotel systems to record guest requests, room updates, and shift notes.
• Process payments and charges, verify transactions, balance cash, and complete records.
