Job summary

Holiday-Inn-Express-and-Suite in San Diego is seeking a Buffet Attendant to manage the food and beverage buffet areas, ensuring high quality and consistency while meeting sanitation standards and hotel requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have a Food Handlers Card.
• Ability to transport large trays weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Experience in food and beverage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and transports all food and beverage items and supplies to and from the buffet areas.
• Complies with company, hotel, and brand standards for safe operation.
• Monitors dining area to ensure adequate supplies and replenishes buffet items.
• Welcomes guests and responds to requests promptly.
• Maintains a clean and organized buffet area; handles trash and clearing.
• Promotes teamwork and coordination with other departments.
