In this multifaceted role, you will oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring that service standards are met with excellence and that guest satisfaction is consistently achieved. As a pivotal member of the management team, you will coordinate between departments to foster smooth operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The Hotel Operations Supervisor will assist in managing front office functions, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage and guest services while resolving any operational challenges. Your leadership and problem-solving skills will help maintain the high standards for which Millennium Hotels and Resorts is known globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily hotel operations across multiple departments including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
