The role leads departmental budgets, drives revenue, mentors hourly staff, coordinates capital projects, and ensures strict financial controls and reporting. A 2-year degree and hotel leadership experience are required.

• Experience in a leadership role in hotel operations.
• Willingness to manage multiple departments and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversees guest registration, night audits, reservations, housekeeping and F&B.
• Manages hotel financials, budgets, and P&L.
• Develops business plans and annual budgets.
• Drives revenue and RevPAR through strategic plans.
• Leads hourly staff and training initiatives.
• Coordinates capital improvements and asset maintenance.
• Ensures security, compliance, and inter-department communication.
