This hands-on leadership role focuses on cleanliness, safety, asset protection, preventive maintenance, and staff development, with responsibilities across daily operations, guest satisfaction, and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hotel operations leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
• Experience managing labor costs and budgets.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations and room readiness.
• Maintain brand standards for rooms and public areas.
• Manage staffing, training, and performance for Housekeeping.
• Coordinate with Front Desk for room status and turnover.
• Lead preventative maintenance programs and complete work orders.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety program adherence.
