Job summary

Sonesta Hotels International Corporation in Phoenix seeks an Operations Manager responsible for front desk, food service, housekeeping and administration to deliver guest satisfaction, cost control, and quality standards.

You will prepare the hotel for daily business, lead and train staff, manage accounts receivable, month-end reporting, budgeting variances, and ensure compliance with brand standards, health and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Opera systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on the promise of Sonesta Service, managing front desk, F&B, housekeeping and admin to meet guest expectations.
• Ensure staff are trained and equipped to perform their roles effectively.
• Manage front office and reservations to ensure excellent guest services and secure handling of monies and guest data.
• Prepare Month End reporting for hotel financials and budget variance analysis.
• Oversee housekeeping and laundry to meet brand standards and ensure clean, well-maintained guest areas.
