Qualifications

• Oversee daily hotel operations while maintaining high standards for cleanliness, efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, train and motivate diverse teams in a positive, inclusive environment.
• Demonstrate commitment to high‑touch hospitality and anticipate guest needs.
• Inspect and maintain cleanliness and operational standards across rooms and public spaces.
• Learn and use platforms like HotSOS to coordinate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee heart-of-the-house operations across Morris Inn and McKenna Hall.
• Direct a diverse team of room attendants, housepersons and overnight custodians.
• Ensure elite standards in cleanliness, service and guest experience.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to maintain seamless operations.
• Provide strategic direction to Overnight Supervisor and frontline staff.
