Fairfield Inn Greenwood SC seeks a seasoned hospitality leader to coordinate daily Front Office, Housekeeping and Maintenance operations. You will supervise a team, manage budgets, and uphold brand standards while delivering exceptional guest service.

The ideal candidate has prior branded-hotel leadership experience, strong people skills, and a track record of maintaining quality and safety across the property.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and hotel experience a plus.
• Experience supervising a team of 8+ associates in a branded hotel.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.
• Direct staff, manage budgets and ensure financial controls.
• Maintain safety, security, and quality standards across departments.
