Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated Hotel Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations at Hotel Indigo Cleveland Gateway. The role emphasizes stabilizing and improving performance across Rooms, Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B, and Guest Services, with a strong service mindset and visible leadership.

You will partner with Sales, Revenue Management, and Corporate teams, manage labor and payroll against budget, monitor financials, and drive guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• Proven hotel operations leadership experience at a GM/AGM level or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of hotel financials and KPIs.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new properties and teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on leader with a service-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assume operational leadership for Hotel Indigo
• Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring brand standards and procedures
• Lead and support department heads across Rooms, Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B, and Guest Services
• Drive guest satisfaction and service excellence across the guest experience
• Monitor labor productivity, scheduling, and payroll against budget
• Review financial performance, forecasts, and expense controls
• Coach and mentor hotel leadership teams; provide training as required
• Partner with Sales, Revenue Management, and Corporate teams
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, maintenance, and regulatory compliance
• Communicate effectively with ownership and stakeholders
• Stay informed of industry trends and implement improvements
