Atrium Hospitality's Murfreesboro Embassy Suites in Murfreesboro, TN is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead daily hotel operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will oversee team performance, financial reporting, and cash handling while upholding Atrium standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hotel management experience in leading hotel operations.
• Degree in accounting, business, finance, management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with POS/PMS systems, Birch Street, Concur, ProfitSage, Sage300, Workday.
• Process-oriented with focus on operational efficiency.
• Integrity and transparent communication.
• Decision-making with confidence to improve guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Team Leader: Guide and support your team through daily operations.
• Revenue Pro: Oversee daily processes and deliver timely, accurate revenue reports with precision.
• Cash Expert: Manage house funds and resolve cashier discrepancies with skill and attention to detail.
• Month-End Specialist: Complete month-end tasks and general ledger duties like a pro, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
