Rancho Cordova Homewood Suites by Hilton is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee hotel operations in Rancho Cordova. The role entails supervising front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance staff, ensuring policy adherence, and supporting the General Manager in wage surveys and staffing decisions.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year in select service or extended stay hotels, strong inventory and scheduling knowledge, and a valid driver's license.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1+ year experience in Select Service or Extended Stay hotels.
• Brand experience preferred.
• Knowledgeable in inventories, scheduling and ordering.
• Valid driver's license.
• Associates degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor operations and ensure adherence to guidelines.
• Lead monthly department meetings and solicit input from staff.
• Resolve guest complaints and employee issues.
• Assign duties and supervise staff according to policies.
• Assist General Manager with wage surveys and salary guidelines.
