Job summary

Lodgco Hospitality's Hyatt Place Sarasota / Bradenton Airport seeks an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences through strong leadership and attentive service.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty and lead hotel operations in the GM's absence.
• Assist General Manager with hotel, administrative, and HR duties.
• Monitor revenue management decisions and ensure revenue goals are met.
• Ensure Front Desk adheres to rate and credit policies.
• Review financial reports and manage A/R accounts.
• Support daily ordering of supplies and operations.
