Job summary

Lodgco Hospitality seeks an Assistant General Manager for the Hyatt Place Sarasota / Lakewood Ranch to lead daily hotel operations and inspire a high-performance team. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage resources efficiently, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality, with opportunities for training and career growth within Lodgco’s portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of hotel experience, preferably in a supervisor role.
• Hospitality degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty and oversee hotel operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Assist General Manager with administrative and HR duties.
• Analyze and resolve work problems to achieve goals.
• Participate in revenue management decisions and drive revenue targets.
• Ensure Front Desk policies and procedures are followed.
• Support daily credit and A/R review and supplier orders.
• Assist sales in selling the hotel to groups and extended stays.
