Lodgco Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance person for the Hyatt Place Sarasota / Bradenton Airport to keep guest areas safe and functional. You will perform repairs, assist with preventative maintenance, and help ensure a welcoming environment for guests.

Ideal candidates have maintenance experience; hotel experience is a plus. A valid driver’s license is preferred; hours are variable and the team offers growth opportunities and benefits.

Formación

• Some maintenance experience preferred.
• Hotel experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to maintenance work orders by guests, employees, and supervisors.
• Maintain, repair, and overhaul equipment and property.
• Paint walls, ceilings, fixtures, building, and equipment.
• Hang wall fixtures, replace light bulbs and filters, and shampoo carpets.
• Walk the property—interior and exterior, every morning and evening.
• Conduct daily inspections of hotel and determine maintenance needs.
