Job summary

Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance, asset protection, guest service, sales, F&B, accounting and human resources. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting discipline, and a commitment to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Three (3)+ years of relevant experience in hotel management.
• Bachelor's degree preferably in hotel management or equivalent education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee departmental operations under the General Manager to ensure efficient and profitable hotel performance.
• Lead guest service initiatives and maintain high sanitation and safety standards.
• Hire, train and coach team members to deliver consistent brand standards.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and payroll in alignment with company policy.
