Job summary

The McCormick Scottsdale, part of Millennium Hotels & Resorts, seeks an experienced hospitality leader to oversee day-to-day operations and support team performance while maintaining service standards across departments.

Lead with an entrepreneurial mindset, drive results, and foster a high-performing, engaged team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment at our Scottsdale property.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's preferred.
• Hospitality management/operations or safety certifications preferred.
• Bilingual skills may be preferred depending on workforce.

Responsibilities

• Respond to social media posts and guest feedback with empathy and timely action.
• Coordinate special guest requests and ensure items are ready before arrival.
• Escort VIPs as needed and collaborate with Sales and General Manager.
• Develop strategies with service departments to improve branding results.
• Understand hotel amenities, rates, packages, and event spaces.
• Learn and manage the Property Management System used at McCormick Scottsdale.
• Conduct periodic guest service training across departments.
• Create programs to improve guest interactions and reduce complaints.
• Work with Operations Supervisor on guest resolution processes.
• Promote TripAdvisor and support hotel success across departments.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and drive revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in short/long term financial and operational planning.
• Maintain accountability and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
