Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of hotel management experience.
• Experience leading teams and supporting revenue‑focused initiatives.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in achieving revenue, occupancy, profitability, and guest satisfaction goals.
• Partner with management and corporate sales teams to execute sales strategies and revenue initiatives.
• Train and coach front desk team on selling techniques, promotions, upgrades, and guest engagement.
• Monitor occupancy trends and guest needs to maximize performance.
• Assist with staff staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Maintain brand standards, safety practices, and quality expectations.
