Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks an experienced hotel leader to assist in managing daily hotel operations at the Hampton Inn Daytona Beach Beachfront. The role focuses on delivering high guest satisfaction, maintaining brand standards, and optimizing revenue through careful cost and labor control.

In the absence of the General Manager, the person acts as GM. The position requires overseeing departments, training and coaching associates, and partnering with sales to drive occupancy while

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years hotel management experience at Department Head level or above.
• Full-service hotel experience required.
• Ability to build a profitable culture of accountability and cohesive teams.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong financial management skills including P&L, budgeting, forecasting and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates.
• Oversee hotel departments to ensure optimal service and hospitality.
• Assist GM with forecasts, budgets and revenue maximization.
• Resolve guest complaints and monitor operations for continuous improvement.
• Monitor front office systems and drive occupancy and revenue strategies.
