Job summary

The Courtyard by Marriott Foothill Ranch is seeking a Hotel Operations Manager focused on Rooms & Guest Services. You will lead a team across front desk, housekeeping, and related departments, ensuring guest satisfaction and financial performance while maintaining standards and procedures.

Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, scheduling, quality audits, and responding to guest concerns. Evening and weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area.
• Or alternative 2-year degree with 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Supports the successful execution of operations across hotel departments and manages staff.
• Leads the team to improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize department financial performance.
• Ensures standards and procedures are followed and assists in meeting property goals.
• Interviews and assists in hiring; ensures timely onboarding of new team members.
• Provides excellent customer service and handles guest concerns promptly.
