Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or related field preferred; 2 years guest services/related experience required.

• Supports successful execution of hotel operations and manages staff across departments.
• Strives to improve guest and employee satisfaction and financial performance.
• Ensures standards and procedures are followed and leads teams to meet property goals.
• Continuously communicates goals, provides coaching, and schedules to meet guest hours and occupancy targets.
