Job summary

Residence Inn Waxahachie seeks an Assistant General Manager to coordinate, administer and manage all property activities with emphasis on Front Office and Accounting leadership. Interface with the General Manager to ensure policy adherence and superior guest service.

You will supervise Front Office staff, drive daily operations, and coordinate with Corporate Accounting to maintain accuracy and compliance. This role is full-time and on-site with Marriott standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office and Accounting Management.
• Computer experience on PMS systems and a working knowledge of manual front desk procedures.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proven leadership and ability to guide Front Office staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, administer, direct and manage all property activities with responsibilities for Accounting and Front Office Management.
• Interface with General Manager to ensure adherence to hotel and company policies.
• Direct and supervise Front Office Manager to maintain high guest service standards and accuracy in front office operations.
• Coordinate with Corporate Accounting to ensure completion of all accounting functions and adherence to management company policies and procedures.
