Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in daily Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance operations at Hilton Garden Inn - Dothan. You will lead hotel associates, manage budgets, and ensure exceptional guest service, stepping in for the GM when absent.

This on-site leadership role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, plus experience with PMS and basic accounting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hotel operations or leadership roles.
• Experience supervising at least eight associates.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with PMS and basic accounting practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and develop hotel associates.
• Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance operations.
• Manage schedules, payroll, and purchasing.
• Monitor labor and expenses within budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety and brand standards.
• Resolve guest concerns and maintain high-quality service.
• Prepare operational documentation and reports.
