In this role you will be highly visible to senior leadership, drive performance, and coordinate with department heads to sustain operational excellence. Flexibility for weekends, holidays, and evenings is required.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel management experience with proven success in leadership of teams.
• Strong financial knowledge and budgetary understanding.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service outcomes.
• Ability to drive results and optimize property revenue and operations.
• Effective time management across multiple departments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Participates in sales calls and site visits with the sales team to acquire or close business.
• Reviews financial reports and budget performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Coaches and supports hotel teams to manage wages and controllable expenses.
• Manages costs across hotel operations including supplies, utilities, F&B, and labor.
• Ensures training, service quality, and operational procedures are consistently followed.
• Hires and develops team members with strong leadership and functional expertise.
• Maintains guest satisfaction by resolving issues and monitoring service levels.
• Ensures compliance with policies and safety procedures and maintains a well‑run property.
