Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of rooms, front desk, and guest service experience.
• Minimum 2 years of rooms leadership experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving in hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage daily quality processes and coach staff.
• Interview, hire, train, evaluate, and discipline when needed.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form to staff.
• Direct Rooms Division managers and monitor occupancy, staffing, costs and inventory.
• Address guest complaints with effective, timely solutions and professional correspondence.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and staffing for Rooms Department.
