Job summary

Pioneer Valley Hotel Group in Springfield is seeking an energetic Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing hotel operations and ensuring an outstanding guest experience. The role requires flexibility to cover shifts from 7 AM–3 PM, 3 PM–11 PM, and 11 PM–7 AM, with on-call duties as needed.

You will manage costs across supplies, utilities, food & beverage, and labor, while fostering a positive team environment and ensuring continued franchise standards and safety

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in hospitality
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to train staff and maintain standards

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
• Lead staff training and performance management to ensure high guest service standards.
