Position Summary

The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing financial transactions and daily operations during the overnight shift.

Essential Functions

1. Organize the shift, review and complete remaining reservations, verify reports, audit and balance reports from day shifts, resolve discrepancies, verify no-shows, and complete walk reports if necessary.
2. Reconcile daily financial transactions.
3. Answer phones, schedule wake-up calls, and take reservations.
4. Greet guests, process check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and ensure billing accuracy. Provide high-quality service at all times.
5. Respond to guest inquiries, address issues during the night, and communicate pertinent information to the next shift via the hotel’s pass-along system.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
