Description

We are hiring a Night Auditor! We are looking for people passionate about serving others. Working at the front desk places you at the heart of the hotel, with the most guest interaction. The department operates 24/7, making each front desk role vital. Front desk associates are key to the guest experience. As a night shift worker, you operate largely independently, responsible for closing out the day's business and checking in/out guests during non-traditional hours. Your proactive, responsive, and caring nature will make a significant difference. The night shift also ensures guest safety by monitoring for abnormal activity and weather issues that could threaten guests' rest. If you enjoy working semi-independently, have a winning personality, and a high sense of responsibility, this role is ideal. Role Responsibilities:

• Process credit card transactions and other payments (restaurant, events, lounge)
• Handle phone system, transfer calls, manage reservations
• Verify, balance, and review hotel room availability
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures
• Administer guest payment policies and review errors from the day shifts
• Prepare folios for departing guests
• Maintain lobby appearance and assist with breakfast setup if needed
• Be familiar with all hotel emergency procedures
