PART TIME - Hotel Night Auditor - MUST HAVE PREVIOUS HOTEL EXPERIENCE

Join us as a Part-Time Hotel Night Auditor at Concord Hospitality Enterprises.

Position Overview

We are hiring a Night Auditor! This role requires a passion for service and the ability to work independently during the late shift. As a front desk representative, you will be the key point of contact for guests during non-traditional hours, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. Responsibilities include processing transactions, managing reservations, verifying room availability, performing check-in and check-out procedures, and monitoring hotel safety and emergency protocols.

Responsibilities
  • Process credit card transactions and handle payments for various hotel services
  • Manage phone calls and reservations
  • Verify and balance room availability
  • Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures
  • Review and administer guest payments and prepare folios
  • Maintain lobby appearance and assist with breakfast setup if needed
  • Follow all hotel emergency procedures
