Hyatt House Salt Lake City Downtown is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our front desk team. This role balances nightly transactions, maintains accurate records, and supports guest services during overnight hours.

Starting pay is $17.00-$19.00 per hour, with higher wages possible for experienced candidates. Flexible availability is required Monday to Friday, weekends and holidays; shifts run 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.; Sundays availability is required.

• Promptly handle guest service requests and guest complaints to meet and exceed guest expectations.
• Make reservations, check-in and check-out guests, process payments.
• Perform tasks such as answering phones, maintain a cash drawer, operate office equipment.

All shifts are overnight shifts. Our friendly and attentive Night Auditor is committed to going the extra mile to deliver high-quality service to our guests while performing nightly balancing duties, daily paperwork and shift reports related to the property's business transactions.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Ability to work overnight from 11:00p.m. until 7:00 a.m.
• Understanding of general accounting practices and ability to compile facts and figures
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation
• Strong attention to detail, organization and follow-up abilities
• Ability to be patient and creatively problem solve
