Job summary

Super 8 by Wyndham is seeking a dedicated night auditor to join a growing team of hospitality professionals. The position offers training, tools, and a supportive environment to grow your hospitality career.

Night audit responsibilities include reconciling financial records, generating reports, and ensuring guest satisfaction, with a flexible overnight schedule. Prior front desk or night audit experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent from high school; some college is desired.
• Previous night audit or hotel front desk experience is preferred but not required.
• Outstanding communication skills and excellent customer service are required.

Responsibilities

• Verify, audit, and reconcile financial records (room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, final bill, occupancy percentages).
• Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management and general manager.
• Ensure every hotel guest has a pleasant stay.
• Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required.
• Respond to inquiries, process reservations and check-ins, delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, resolve guest complaints, and other front office duties.

• Outstanding communication skills and excellent customer service skills are required
• Computer proficiency is required; experience with accounting or reservation software is preferred
• Requires a flexible schedule that allows for overnight shift hours
• Diploma or equivalent from high school is required; some college is desired
• Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred, but not required

Compensation

$11 - $12 hourly
