Job summary

Harthall Hotel is seeking a Night Auditor to work overnight, balancing and posting at the front desk and outlets, with a focus on accuracy and customer service. The role supports a quiet, detail-oriented environment in the hotel’s overnight shifts.

Part-time weekend hours (Saturday and Sunday) with opportunities to move into full-time roles. Involves potential advancement through our Management Development Program and team-wide benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior 1-2+ years' night auditing in a brand or luxury hotel environment is ideal
• Be a member of our ROCKSTAR night TEAM
• Must be 18+ years of age
• Strong communication and listening skills and excellent speaking, reading, and writing ability
• Fluency in English; Spanish language skills are highly desired
• Handle cash, coins, and currency at night
• Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills

• In this role you will audit, balance, post, and report on the front desk, rooms, and all food and beverage outlets’ cash and credit operations and reset all registers to ensure accurate, timely function and optimal operations management

Requirements:

• Prior 1-2+ years' night auditing in a brand or luxury hotel environment is ideal
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field is a plus
• Be a member of our ROCKSTAR night TEAM
• Must be 18+ years of age
• Strong knowledge of software applications is beneficial, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel-specific platforms (OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, Slack)
• HotelKey/PEP Experience required
• Strong communication and listening skills and excellent speaking, reading, and writing ability
• Fluency in English: additional languages preferred. Spanish language skills are highly desired
• Handle cash, coins, and currency at night
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
