Job summary

Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Night Audit Supervisor to oversee the overnight front desk operations and guest services. You will coordinate late-night check-ins, reconcile daily transactions, and ensure security and service standards.

This role requires a customer-first mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work long overnight hours. Experience in Front Office operations at a hotel is preferred, with opportunities for career growth

Night Audit Supervisors lead the agents who are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires.
