Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Scottsdale is seeking Night Audit Associates to welcome guests during the overnight shift. You will handle guest registration, communicate hotel services, process payments, and respond to inquiries to create a seamless experience.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Starts at $19.00 plus Overnight shift differential, and 20% commission on Upsells. Shifts may be 9pm - 7am; subject to change based off of business demands.

Night Audit Associates are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of Hotel services and promotions during the overnight shift. The highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries, checking guests in/out, room service orders, etc. If you have worked at other Hotels as a front desk clerk or have interest in Hotel clerk positions, we’d love to hear from you!

Qualifications

Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Refined verbal and written communication skills.

Candidates should be extremely detailed oriented, organized, and be able to handle a fast-paced environment.

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in luxury hotel preferred.

Ability to stand for long periods.

Proficient in basic computer skills.

Customer service experience preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with moderate lifting.

Ability to stand and lift up to 30 lbs.
